Our dream of opening up Soul Care Studio + Sauna began years ago after integrating regular infrared sauna sessions into our lives and experiencing greater wellbeing.
The dream grew and evolved over time and we opened our doors in March 2024. When we’re not working we love spending time with our two kids, being outdoors, doing projects, and cooking.
