Our dream of opening up Soul Care Studio + Sauna began years ago after integrating regular infrared sauna sessions into our lives and experiencing greater wellbeing.
The dream grew and evolved over time into the present. We are raising our family in Santa Barbara and feel so fortunate to call this place our home.
We look forward to being a part of the wellness community, and to offer locals and visitors a space to come relax and recharge. When we’re not working we love spending time with family and friends, being outdoors, doing projects, and cooking.
